About Settle

A quiet space to return to yourself.

Settle was created by Annie Agarwal as a quiet, thoughtful space to understand what the body and mind may be carrying.

Settle is a trauma-informed resilience tool designed to help individuals better understand and respond to stress in their daily lives. Blending lived experience, trauma-informed learning, and a belief in small, steady care, this app is designed to help individuals return to a place of balance gently, and without pressure.

It is rooted in principles of secondary traumatic stress, somatic awareness, and gentle self-regulation. Settle offers a structured yet compassionate way to reflect, recalibrate, and rebuild steady ground.

How it works

A gentle, four-step rhythm

01

Reflect

Move through a short, trauma-informed assessment across the dimensions of your life — work, body, relationships, and inner world.

02

See your snapshot

Receive a calm, visual reflection of where you may be carrying strain, alongside the strengths already steadying you.

03

Settle into a plan

Choose small daily, weekly, and monthly practices designed to help your nervous system return to balance — gently, never forced.

04

Return when you need to

Check in again whenever life shifts. Notice patterns over time and let your plan evolve with you.

A note on care

Settle supports reflection and resilience planning. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. We're privacy-conscious by design — we don't ask for your full name, address, employer, or unnecessary health identifiers. Your reflections stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
